The scope, pricing, timeline, and deliverables of each service will be shared through a proposal, quotation, invoice, email, or written agreement before work begins.

Any extra work outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.

4. Payments

Clients must make payments according to the agreed terms. Payments may be required in advance, in milestones, monthly, or after completion, depending on the service.

Eximo Digital may pause or stop work if payment is delayed or not received.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started. This includes research, strategy, planning, design, development, marketing, content writing, or consultation work.

If a refund is approved, it will be based only on the unfinished part of the service and will be processed through an agreed payment method.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate information, required access, brand assets, content, feedback, and approvals on time.

Eximo Digital will not be responsible for delays caused by late responses, missing information, incorrect details, or lack of cooperation from the client.

7. No Guaranteed Results

Eximo Digital works professionally to improve your digital presence and business performance. However, we do not guarantee fixed results such as specific sales, leads, rankings, traffic, followers, revenue, or profit.

Results depend on many factors, including market competition, budget, customer behavior, platform policies, and business quality.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, WordPress, Shopify, hosting providers, payment gateways, and advertising platforms.

Eximo Digital is not responsible for account bans, platform changes, policy updates, technical issues, downtime, or payment problems caused by third-party platforms.

9. Intellectual Property

After full payment, the client may use the final approved deliverables created for them.

Unpaid work, rejected concepts, drafts, internal strategies, templates, source files, and working documents remain the property of Eximo Digital unless agreed otherwise in writing.

10. Portfolio Use

Eximo Digital may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, proposals, or case studies unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Private business data, login details, and sensitive information will not be shared publicly.

11. Confidentiality

Both Eximo Digital and the client agree to keep confidential information private. This includes business details, login access, strategies, pricing, financial data, customer data, and private communication.

12. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or services for illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or unethical activities.

Eximo Digital reserves the right to refuse or stop services if a client is involved in illegal, suspicious, or harmful activity.

13. Limitation of Liability

Eximo Digital will not be responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, website downtime, ad account restrictions, third-party platform issues, or business losses.

Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be resolved through mutual discussion. If needed, the matter may be referred to the relevant legal authority or court in Pakistan.
